Each artwork is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. All canvases, including framed pieces, are securely wrapped in protective materials to prevent any movement or damage during transit. Corners and edges are reinforced, and the piece is cushioned with multiple layers for added protection.

Your artwork is then placed in a sturdy, high-quality cardboard box designed specifically for safe shipping. Every order is packed with great care and attention, so it reaches you exactly as intended.

Dispatch Time
Original artworks are dispatched within 5–10 working days of purchase. If a piece is currently part of an exhibition, it will be dispatched following the end of the exhibition.

UK Delivery
Complimentary UK shipping is included with all original artworks. Orders are sent via a tracked and insured courier service, with delivery typically taking 1–3 working days after dispatch.

International Delivery
For European orders, please get in touch prior to purchase to arrange a delivery quote. Shipping options and costs will vary depending on the destination country.

Additional Information
Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to customs processing.

Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original artworks, all sales are considered final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

However, if your artwork arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and the artwork. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
